HI all,

I am here in CA on a contract job assignment. I was involved in an accident 2 weeks ago. The other person was cited at fault and her insurance has agreed to pay. The repair processes are underway but much more than I had anticipated.

Does anyone know anything about Diminished Value? What about this guy Rocco Avellini? I called to talk to him but not sure if he is just another scam.

How much were the damages, and what specifically was damaged on the car?

I don't know anything about Rocco, but why do you need to involve anyone else in this case? Your car is getting fixed!
