What is the name of your state? NY, but problem arises in CA

Hello there fellow answer seekers...
My questions are simple:
Is a High School Diploma a legal document?
Are the persons signing the diploma responsible for it's issuance?
Can anyone rescind the validity of a diploma after it has been issued?

Thanks
:)

Hello there fellow answer seekers...

My questions are simple:

MY RESPONSE: If they're so "simple", then why are you asking?

Is a High School Diploma a legal document?

MY RESPONSE: No. It's a representation of the legal documents kept within the school district; i.e., your transcripts.

Are the persons signing the diploma responsible for it's issuance?

MY RESPONSE: No.

Can anyone rescind the validity of a diploma after it has been issued?

MY RESPONSE: Yes.
