What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Massachussetts/California

I can direct fax file to Ca court from Ma, but am wondering if I still need to submit triplicate copies as well as originals. Seems silly since a fax is still a copy, but I am trying to avoid any (all) delays in this matter. Thanks for your help!

I would follow the civil procedure rules for what you are trying to accomplish rather than make new ones up because the old ones seem silly.
