Our school superintendant has been in this district for over 30 years. He threatens anyone that tries to go against him. He has done anything from running people off the road to burning down their homes with the family still inside. No. He was not arrested. He a "big cheese" around here and throws his weight around everywhere he goes. One would think that he is the "mob" the way he performs his business.
Anyway, our school district decided to non-renew his contract. He got mad and took them court. He would not even leave his office. He ran one the board members off of the road and threatened her family. No. The officials are even scared of him and refuse to arrest him or go against him in any way. He knows all of the judges and probably threatened the judge to win his case. He "did" win his case.
The majority of the people in the district want him out of office and voted in these school board members to do just that. However, he is doing what he has always done. He does anything from burning down their homes to threatening their children, calling social services to have children removed from homes that are "good homes." He doesn't care who he hurts or kills along the way. He and his few supporters somehow always get what they want. How is that?
Nothing is fair in this district from the smallest things to the largest. Not even the science fair is judged in a fair manner. Only chilren that have parents who work in the district ever win. No one else stands a chance but they make the other kids participate anyway. Kids don't want to participate in events that they know who is the winner before it ever begins. Nothing is fair in this district.
My question is: What can I do about this situation? I am tired of kids being treated unfairly in this district. This even went on when I was going to school and that has been over 20 years ago since I graduated.
Is there anything legally that can be done from outside help? If so, how do we get that outside help?
That is what we need here--outside help. Judges and lawyers from outside this area taking control and doing what is right. Anyone inside this area is subject to this superintendants illeagal and abusive behavior. Who knows who he'll try to kill next. I'm tired of him getting away with all of it. I mean murder? Good grief people how much are we going to let him do?
