Child lives in Fl.
NCP lives in Ga.

NCP had an accident 3yrs ago. 2 months after custody case was closed. NCP didn't work for 6 months after accident, since then she has working on and off. She is ordered to pay $50.00 a week in CS. Currently she is $4800 in the hole for back CS. And has paid CS here and there, when convenient for her. CSE here in Fl. said that she has filed a case with social security disability twice and was turned down both times. And currently refiling. She recently quite her job because CSE was getting close to doing a wage garnishment for CS. Now she's MIA.
Now my question.....
Is there someone the CP should be contacting in GA. to inform them of the NCP's obligation to CS? Or should the CP sit back and wait to see what happens? Reason asked is that the NCP didn't even tell her probation officer of her CS obligation, so I'm assuming that if her request for disability goes through, she's not going to mention word of her debt for CS. She likes to fly under the radar as much as possible. If ya know what I mean...
Any advice would be appreciated......
Thanx,
Stars.....

CSE should be trying to track MIA down .
Keep in touch with them on a regular basis .
When they find her whereabouts they can try to collect .
BTW , She should be getting permission from her PO it would seem to move , and where to .

A little late but '

thanks Blonde....

As far as we know CSE is still after her... I call CSE for hubby once a month just to keep them on their toes. He signed one of those release forms giving me permission to do so, since it takes time out for him to stop working in all. Anyways, the PO really won't say much, other than she does have her as a probationer. As far as any other info given, there is none. And CSE has been told about the probation officer, so they do know.
Just a quick ???..... if hubby decide to file contempt charges on her for non payment of reimburstment of medical bills, how would the state or county serve her without knowing a legal address? Is that info that the probation officer would have to release? Cause I'm sure the PO knows exactly where this woman is, atleast with all the stuff she has done.
Thanks again....

Parole Officers and Child Support Enforcement

I gave the Child Support Enforcement Representative the Name, Address and Phone Number of the Parole Officer and requested that the Representative contact the Parole Officer and obtain the information on the NCP.

The Parole Officer cooperated with Child Support Enforcement (which they are required to do by Federal law) and the NCP was served papers.
