confusing post

   Most of the people that help out on this site will not answer if a post does not make sense. And no offense, but yours does not make sense. Try reposting using complete sentences and paragraphs. Reorder your post chronologically. List the specific questions you have at the end of the post. Also, who are you in relation to the people going through this, and what is your interest? if you do these things you mightget a response

I guess I had the right program after all

Still in California And it seems fedral charges don't look so good in your portfolio. If your normally displaceing people at will and bragging about how brutal your receivership company can be out
there in the trenches. Or maybe you don't have to be a college graduate to know that it pays to pay attenion. My long confussing
story made short, the eviction of the caregiver (me) and the dissabled woman (my mom) has been stopped, and the bringger of evil (the property management company) has been premenatly dislocated . One day before my answer to the eviction was to be filed I received a notice stating that all action against me had been haulted. My only Question now is, as the new management
company takes over and we are no longer getting resident manager benifits how much can they raise or rent, do the rent control laws apply, or can they raise the rent all at once?:D

**A: yes, rent control laws, if any, do apply and if you are no longer the resident manager, then you are a m/m tenant with no benefits. You have rights under the L/T law which you did read correct?

What happened? Have you now decorated for Thanksgiving, since the halloween incident?

Are you still in HUD subsidized housing? (I ask in regards to the rent control question)

Have read will reread thanks, the consider the value of apt. for the time move in if there was no resident manager consideration, which hykes it up to $780. from the current $630. it seems a little steep to get a $150. increase all at once. And as soon as my to 1/1 " scale pilgram ship is delivered I can light my plymouth rock.... And I Don't live in hud housing I live in studio city an above average neighborhood for the san fernando valley. Why?
no decorations for the giving of thanks I don't know as effective as the halloween decorations where maybe I should stake me out some live gobblers.
