i live in ga. my question is a 2 parter. first is a disabled father freed from support payments? secondly, can a custodial parent give custody of a child to another family member without notifying the noncustodial parent? thanks for your time :)

child support

My ex is tring to get his support lowered due to medical reasons. CSE told me last week that even if he got disablity that they would take his support out of that. So no he still has the obligation. Getting him to live up to it is a another matter.
On your second question I'm not sure but I don't think so.
How long of time are talking about? A day? A week?
Good Luck
