What is the name of your state? california

I live in an apartment complex With hundreds of units. The complex is not gated but it has several streets that are not named and clearly private. There is a handicaped parking space very close to my apartment right infront of a handicaped accessible apartment (that has not been occupied by a disabled person for years). This spot is no where near the entrance and
would not be needed by any other disabled persons.

I parked on the disabled spot and was ticketed.
The ticket i recieved had the wrong adress on it (basically my home adress with a typo).

Is there anything i can do to fight this ticket? do i have a legal leg to stand on in terms of private property or the misspelled adress?

Thank you very much for your advice.

Which is perfectly legal. Either pay the fine or spend more money than you have to defend yourself and lose.

Nothing you have posted here gives you a valid legal defense.

**A: yes, fight the ticket on account of your disabled mind.
