Happened to me. I moved to Maryland in July for Cancer treatments. A month later I was assaulted and my home broken into. The States Attorney has me relocated for safety and protection and paid my realtor to do so. I’m the mean time, that same realtor has been charged with fraud, extortion and harassment by the State. And the Civil Rights Commission also charged him. His license as a realtor has also been suspended. When the individual that assaulted me and broke into my home, showed up at my new home making threats, the police were called and charged that person with contempt of a Peace Order and criminal charges. It was revealed during testimony on Friday that the realtor reached out to that person, revealed my location, and met with them that night.
The Judge in the city told me to file with the Commission in the County on the realtor as the County has jurisdiction over that situation. I do have a police report number on the incident and spoke to the officer as well. He stated to file with the commission as well. I just don’t know what crime to file it under
