I just settled on a home. During the Home Inspection we discovered that the Seller's Disclosure was filled with inaccuracies, as exposed by the seller during the Inspection (she was present at the Inspection). While we were negotiating credits and repairs we asked our agent to bring up the false disclosure and they advised against it, feeling it could terminate the deal. My question is - Do I have any recourse to the seller now that we have settled?

Based on your post, no.
You knew of the problems BEFORE closing and, by closing without further claims, accepted them.

For WHAT?

You negotiated "credits and repairs" and closed right?

But let's just play along here, what are you out over the disclosure issue?
