What steps do I need to take to submit a discovery question to my ex's lawyer? I need to do a discovery regarding my ex's vicodin abuse. The court and my ex's lawyer seem to believe she has a prescription for this drug. I find it amazing that my exhibit's presented over the last 60 days, CPS and Police report both state she has no disabilities and this drug along with other pain med is the #1 drug addition is the United States today.

YOu need to read the rules of civil procedure and the local rules. Those will explain how to do discovery PROPERLY.
