I am not sure what you are asking but discovery's purpose is to make sure that there are no surprises during the trial of the lawsuit.lisagr33 said:Thank you so much seniorjudge. Is it possible that when this happens that whoever they are doing this to that they could try to make their stories match in order to make it look like they are doing nothing wrong?

I agree; sometimes there are county/circuit/district "local rules" which could be a little different. These MAY be found on your state's supreme court website (if the county does not have a website).Content said:Check your county's web site if possible as well, I know the county which is handling our case also has some additional rules that they impose (don't know about Blount County though) so that may also give you some other things to search into.
I am in Oliver Springs, and one of the little pricks gave me a ticket for going 66 in a 60 And the judge made me go to drivers ed So I was a big meanie and decided to take my 2 week old baby with me to class Needless to say the instructor didn't want me there with a baby but I just said I didn't have a babysitter, so they gave me my certificate and sent me home!!lisagr33 said:You don't how many times I have seen state troopers pulling people over in Maryville. Where do you live, if you don't mind me asking?
