I filed a Discovery Subpoena on the same person twice, and twice they didn't bring anything I listed on it with them to court. They showed up, but brought nothing. Isn't that Illeagle in Michigan, The judge didn't seem to think so. Like usuall he was protecting the guilty, he allways has, even back during the times when I was the guilty. I have found that courts allways protect the guilty, I've got out of a lot of tickets 'cause of that. But thats besides the point.
