Oh
Habing trouble posting from my phone....hope this shows up. I have a custody hearing a week from today. 3 days ago the other party sent a certified letter to my moms instead of my house for some reason. Today I got it and it is a request for discovery. Can I objects on the grounds that I was not given enough time? If not, how much time do I habe to respond and what exactly do I have to provide?
