What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? TEXAS

Where do I post a question about discrimination toward a worker comp (returned to work light duty) employee?

Does this ? go only on worker comp forum?

The issue is retaliation for hiring a work comp attorney.

COMMENTS & SUGGESTIONS WELCOME.

I have posted in several areas. Please forgive me as I get my bearings.

I will try not to make any more mistakes. However if I do, they are not intended to harm anyone. Only my feeble effort to get some direction for my legal problems. I only have a high school diploma, so please show some latitude.

Your understanding is appreciated.
