What is the name of your state?Tennessee The auto ins. co., stated our ins. rates went up, due to a mark on my driving record, but instead of increasing my rate's, they increased my husbands. The mark on my record was deleted on May 20,2004,as it was dismissed in court in Oct. of 2002, but clerk failed to notify dept. of safety. Isn't this a form of discrimination to increase his and not mine, when his record is clean, and to increase his was much more than my increase would've been?
