What is the name of your state? North Carolina.

A couple of employees (Caucasian) have been terminated. Well, one was asked to turn in his resignation. Also, there are three, maybe four employees (all Caucasian) who have been yelled at, etc. time and time again by their director. Two of these same employees were promised a certain commission on contracts that they closed; however, now they are being told that they cannot get paid these commissions. Is there something these employees can do????

Is there something these employees can do???? That depends on whether NC considers commissions wages (it varies by State) and/or what the terms of the employer's commission plan are. Your friends should start by contacting NC's Department of Labor. If they can't help, then they'll need to see an attorney as it would be a civil matter.

Of course there is.

They can quit
they can get together and beat the crap out of the supervisor
they can hold their collective breaths until they turn blue

Yes, there are FACTS!!!

We all have documentation, written and recorded of unethical things that have been done and said...not to mention...lies that have been told...etc. There are a lot of facts that prove discrimination here!!!
