My sister was denied membership service to an online dating service for “model or hot” type of women. After submitting her pictures to join the service they declined her free membership. They do have a disclaimer on the site stating that they have the right to refuse anyone a membership if they feel you are not in the best interest of the website. She asked me if this was discrimination based on beauty. Can women sue based on discrimination if they are not allowed a membership?
