Hello; I live in GA for about 8 yrs now, and about 20 in Fla before that, I am a studderer and I believe that I have been the victim of the so called "glass ceiling" for about 20 + yrs as far as being promoted into managment with my company, over the years I have trained many people only to see them get promoted past me into managment and they are less qualified for a position than me, my company seems to the " good old boy" system, if you are not a favorite , or hang around with the managment you do not get promoted , thanks.
