Disgrunted ex-employee wants me fired!

There is this ex-employee that got fired 2 years ago, but just now he contac's my company HR office and tells them that me and other co-workers have smoked pot in the past and made drug deals while at work. He was fired for drinking. He also called everyone(the employee's involved and others) & said he was going to start his vendetter against our company.
What options do I have to defend my job? I know this is just the basic details but any help will be helpfull.Thanks,Herby

Stephenk, just about all of what he is saying is true, he was our manager and use to smoke with us and procure pot for us,so he knows a lot. He wants us all to take drugs tests.
