What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois i just got approved for disibility benefits, and i think i should be the payee to my daughter mother and my sons mother because we just now established custody, so the judge said i don't have to pay chilsupport til i get my disibility my question is shoudn't i b the payee

Assuming I understood your language , If you are talking about your children's SSA benefits and you know have custody ,yes .

Go to SSA with your court order of custody .
