What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FLORIDA

Hi All - and Happy New Year !

I had a case filed against me by OC on defaulted account.

Case was dismissed by court: lack of prosecution.

During the time the suit was active, I have read that the SOL tolls.

Now that the case is dismissed, does the time the case was "active" (example: 10 months) get added to the end of the SOL period?

Nope. No tolling for that reason. If there wasn't anything else to suspend the time, they're time barred.
