Landlord files FE&D for non payment of rent. After filing, but prior to the court date, Landlord & Tenant decide upon an "agreed entry judgement". Tenant is given a payment schedule to make payments and become current over a 3 month period. If tenant were to default on any payment, there would be an automatic set-out, no further filings needed. Judge signs off on this "agreed entry judgement". Tenant becomes current as per the agreement. What does the landlord need to file with the court to now dismiss the FE&D with prejudice?
