Disney legal question

How is this site legal? I mean, I thought Disney went out of their way to shut down any sort of commercial enterprise affiliated with their name, trademarks, copyrights, etc. I think these maps are even Disney interactive maps from their website. And, Mouse Explorer's name on MySpace is "Disney World."

I noticed on the site's terms of use that they simply say they're not affiliated with Disney. Is that all you have to do legally protect yourself? I'm not trying to make trouble for the guy, I think it's great that he came up with a way to skim some of that Disney cream, but how is he still around??

It isn't legal, if they don't have permission. Maybe Disney just hasn't gotten around to suing them yet. Maybe they do have permission. Maybe they have obtained a license. Who knows?
