What is the name of your state? Florida. Is there anything that protects someone that has been in a relationship for 13 year? This is not a marriage, but everything was bought and shared all of this time together.
If so where can I find this info.
thank you

I don't believe Florida is a common law state. I may suggest to you that you post this question on the divorce forum and see if you get any responses. This forum is pretty much closed that is why no one is responding.
