I am from Utah I am 17 years of age and I have a problem obtaining legal separation from parents. There are no emancipation laws in Utah. My parents have also agreed to legaly seperate me. I tried moving out they just called the cops. I am not a troubled kid I have a 3.7 GPA. I want to move to be on my own, I am very independent and I cann't stand my parents. I don't turn 18 for one more year and I've waited to loong PLEASE HELP. I have looked into disowning and also divorcing my parents.
Please help me with what ever you can.
