What is the name of your state?I live in Louisiana, IS there a law that states that an emplyee working eight hours or more has to be given a lunch brake or a 15 min break, during the hours worked?

No, on the basis of what you have posted, you have no legal recourse. Yes, the manager was rude, but rudeness is not illegal. What's more, unless there is far more to the story than this, it is unlikely that you will qualify for unemployment.
