The kids have been in Texas off and on since I left him in july of 1997. this last visit where i had 2 of the kids in feb. 2000 and let them go to Texas in july of 2000 but he did not let them come home when school started. so for the last three years there has been some time where he has had the kids over 6 months because of refusal to let the kids go.
