i live in Mo &i was arrested for a dui and i know some people who work for a police department in another city. somehow they found out about it at work & have been tellong other people. i have asked them to stop becasue i havnt told anyone and they refused. arn't those records confidential and cant they get in alot of trouble for telling people things that are police related, especially out of another district? Can they lose their jobs? Or be sued or something? One of the people is a court clerk and the other is a detention officer. They say that they can talk about it to other people at their work but I dont work their and neither do any of the people who have asked me about it. thanks
