my husband was court ordered to pay child support to the state of Idaho we fell behind and have sense made arrangements to pay towards the back child support and we have been but the state of Maryland were his ex lived filed a lien against our house and now she lives in Hawaii and is planning on filling a second lain yet he is court ordered to pay Idaho is there a law against that
