I am trying to find confirmation on something an attorney said. I was married 10 years ago and my wife has filed for divorce. I heard that she is only entitled to equity in the home for the ten years they we were married. Is that accurate?

I also heard that since I refinanced after we were married that the value of the home goes back to zero and now she is entitled to the entire equity in the home. Do you know if that is accurate?
