divorce and remarriage

is there any way of getting remarried even if there is one month before my divorce is final, even if we went to a different state?(legally)

No.

Until you get that "Decree of Dissolution" (Divorce) in your hot, little, hands then you are still married. And, in any State, that's called Bigamy, and that's a felony, and that stands for trouble with a capital "T".
