State of New Hampshire.

If husband has a Swiss Bank Account and the wife knows the account number, can this account be considered as an asset of the marraige and used when determing assets and who gets what?

Bascially can the Swiss Bank Account be attached and claimed as marital assets?

It is good you have the account number. By all means make sure your lawyer knows of this, as this is marital property as well. Talk with your lawyer though.
