I am a US Citizen who got married in Maryland in 1992 and moved to India on work in 1995. My wife deserted me in January 1998 and went back to the USA. Now, after 3 years of separation, we want to be divorced by Mutual Consent where no alimony or any other financial claim is made against each other. Also, there are no children from the marriage. What is the quickest and least expensive method of doing this while she is in the USA and I am in India?
