What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Illinois. Vermilion County. So my brother doesn't have money for a lawyer and I'm helping all I can. We filed already, did financial, couldn't find her and judge said he could do publication, we ran it in paper, last day we got proof of publication and filed that. We were told he would be sent a court date but when we called to find out when it was or how to find out they said he had to request 1, how does he request a court date?
