What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? new york.
my question is my husband and i have been separated for years and now i finally want a divorce actually always wanted it but didnt get it. if i file for divorce can i get the last four years of child support he owes me? the child is now 21 by the way started child support case but did not get a support order
