I live in Oklahoma and am going to be divorced due to my husband's continued drug use. He has lost his second job in a year due to that. We bought a mobile home two years ago and he bought a vehicle a year ago and I had to co-sign for both. I cannot afford to keep the house so he is going to keep it. Is there any way to get my name off of the home and vehicle loan in order to keep from ruining my credit in the event he does not pay? He also will be receiving some inheritance property due to his father's death. Can I require him to sell the house and use that money to pay the difference if we owe more than we can sell it for?
