My fiance's ex-wife had her attorney make hand-written, barely legible revisions to their divorce decree. She met him at an inopportune time...and he signed it under duress. This revised divorce decree does have the signatures of his ex-wife, her attorney, and my finace's.

This revised document was never authorized in a court of law, the revisions are not dated...and it was never notarized.

My question: Are these barely legible, hand-written changes legal and binding?
