in the divorce decree it stated that my ex-husband was responsible to take some of the debt into his name only. it has been 1 year and nothing yet - even though he is paying me on a monthly basis. i need to know if he does not have any collateral to take this loan to his name - what else can be done? any government help?

please let me know. thank you in advance.

If you don't want to go back to court, perhaps speak to the creditors and fax them the divorce decree. Try a consumer credit counselor who might be able to ease these bills into your ex's name only.
