My husband's mother pasted away 5 years ago. He received all
of her Estate because he was her only child.

We have been married for 3 years. The deed to the house and the credit cards are in his name.

Shortly, after we were married he borrowed $50,000.00 to fix up the house.

My name is on our joint checking account and the mail box.

We both work full time and we do not have any children.

We are $41,000.00 in debt.

Mar.8th I have an appointment with a lawyer to discuss divorcing my husband.

Well, tonight my husband informed me that he had had the house apprased and it is worth $115,000.00.
And tomorrow evening a Realtor will be showing the house to a lady who is willing to meet that price.
And the Realtor has some papers that she needs me to sign.

Do you smell a rat?

Will I walk away from this marriage with more than the clothes on my back?

At what point will my husbands health insurance stop covering me?

Thank you all
