divorced in iowa
i have been reviewing my packet of divorce documents. i see that all the visitation and property settlement are all combined on the form marked "separation and property settlement agreement". the form was signed and notorized by both me and my ex and stamped and filed with the clerk of courts office. it has no judges signature on it at all. The decree of dissolustion of marriage is signed by a judge and my ex's attny;however, it states "no children have been born to or adopted by the parties to this marriage." my ex and i do indeed have two sons together. shouldnt the separation and property settlement agreement be separated from the visitation guidlines and shouldnt they all be signed by the judge or at least signed by the clerk of courts? geez...i hope im not still married to this guy! :)
