I live in Colorado and my husband purchased 44 acres 4 months before we were married. We moved to the town and rented a house while we worked on the property trying to get it ready so that we could build. Also before we got married I sold my house that I had in Texas. We used that money to live on and all my savings that I had accumulated before my marriage. We lived on my money for over a year and then we ran out. The place that we were renting was sold so we had to move out very quickly so we refinanced our vehicles to get extra money. We then purchased an old mobile home and put it on the property and we moved in. My husband could not find work here so he left his daughter and me here on the property and went to Denver and Ft. Collins for work. Now he wants to move back there and sell this place. All my money went to this land and our living expenses and I have nothing left. Am I entitled to a portion of the land sale when we sell out since now he thinks he wants a divorce. What would I be entitled to.
