I am planning on getting a divorce and wanted to know about
moving out and state laws on this. I live in Ohio and I believe I need to have lined in the state for 6 months and in the county for 60 days before filing. I just want to be sure I understand. I can file the day I move out from our apartment or I can move to another county then file but wait so many days before it will be effective. Could someone please clear this up for me?
