Approx. 8yrs. ago I filed for divorce in the state and county in which my ex, my child, and I were residing in at the time. Which was in the state of Oklahoma. Before the divorce papers were signed, by my ex, my ex left the state. My ex took my child out of state also. If the divorce papers were signed out of state is the divorce legal and binding? If so, is this considered child kidnapping? Considering there was not a joint agreement for my ex to take our child out of state.
