My husband and I have been living separate for 1.5 yrs. I want to file for divorce and move out of the country. I am sure we owe someone something (who doesn't) but we don't own anything, and I am currently unemployeed. Can I still file? We are basically poor people in debt. What happens now? Please help

Your debt level has nothing to do with whether you can get a divorce.

Sounds like you might want to see an attorney who does both divorces and bankruptcies....
