I live in Washington state. I got married on Sept. 9, 2000. My wife has recently decided she wants a divorce. Can we get an annulment, or do we have to get a divorce? Wouldn't an annulment be easier and cheaper and faster? We have only been married for 3 1/2 months.

No, annulments are not that easy. You have to qualify for one. From what little information you have given, I can't think of a single plausible reason you could get an annulment.

Get a divorce. If you are both in agreement, it should be easy enough to do.
