I was married on October 13 1999 and after 3 months she left me and returned to her home state and as of today she has been gone for 15 months with no thought of coming back we have talked about reconciliation and I have done all I can to bring her back I have lived here for over 3 years now in South Carolina. would I be better advised to file for divorce or annulment ?????thanks Joesph T. Golden

You haven't given us any information that would allow you the option of an anullment. So, file for divorce.

Thanks for the reply I was reasonably sure what i had ben told that i did not have grounds for annulment but wanted to check before i persue anything Thanks again for your answer
