What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia

I recently got married on 11/11/11. Before marrying my husband he paid child support for one of the two children we had. After receiving notification that the other child won’t be added to the case my husband became angry. We have been in a relationship for five years and lived in separate homes. Due to living apart and not married at the time he was placed on child support. Once we got married we still lived in separate homes but we had arrangements to move into gather in March. We paid for our own separate household. After finding out that he would still have to pay child support my husband started making comments about killing himself. On Feb 13, I got an email stating to forgive him for what he was about to do. He left work and no one has heard from him since. I filed a missing person report and everything. Since then we found emails that prove he obtained a one way ticket to Puerto Rico. I now believe that my husband only married me to escape child support and when he discovered that marriage didn’t change anything he abandoned our children and me. Will this be grounds for an annulment (fraud) or a case for divorce? :confused:What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
