Utah:
I've been married for almost a year now. My husband is having some legal trouble from the University. I know he's inocent, but chances are that he's going to have some major problems (expullsion, fines, pay back loans, etc). I don't want any of this to effect my credit, my ability to go to school, or to recieve financial aid. Everything we have is really mine, cars, apartment, etc. all in my name. I don't want my things taken because he can't keep his mouth shut. I don't have the money for a divorce, what can I do??

I would prefer to stay with him, but I don't want my future risked because of his problems. I'm only 19. Any advice is appreciated!
