Probably but call around. The alimony would most likely be short term and not very much if anything depending on the difference in possible earnings between the two. $50k is enough to afford a retainer fee of $1500 or so unless the couple is severely indebted.

Can the wife afford half the marital debt?

Wifey might be in for a surprise though if she wants alimony for a short-term marriage, specially if their incomes are similar.
